Liquid Ice service bills travel, labor, plus materials unless a quote has been provided and approved by the customer.
Liquid Ice sets a standard “not to exceed” limit of $1000 on all service work. If costs are to exceed $1000, the customer will be contacted by a Liquid Ice representative and a detailed estimate will be provided. The customer will be required to approve the estimate before service work will be completed.
Liquid Ice will direct bill manufacturer warranty claims, however the customer must agree to pay for all services and parts not allowed under warranty.
