The Liquid Ice Story
Liquid Ice was founded in 1998 by former Coca-Cola executive, Al Del Re, in his family’s garage. Al started the business with one customer, a used Jeep Cherokee and a single frozen beverage dispensing machine.
By the year 2000, Liquid Ice owned and maintained more than 50 machines across New England. In 2010 the company diversified its service offering to include maintenance, repair and installation services for a variety of hot beverage equipment including coffee, tea, cappuccino, and espresso makers, as well as a variety of hot food service equipment, from roller grills to microwaves to warmers and other small appliances.
When Al passed away in 2016, his wife Jodi – who had been the Vice President of Operations– took over the reigns and continues to nurture Al’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service, developing employees, building strong supplier relationships, and giving back to the communities we serve. Today, Liquid Ice services more than 4500 customers across the Northeast.

Liquid Ice is headquartered in Northborough, MA. Our 6,500 sq foot facility houses our offices, warehouse and parts, shipping and receiving, as well as a large classroom which we use for staff training.
