JODI DEL RE
President
In 1998, Jodi and her late husband founded Liquid Ice. Her role has grown from bookkeeping and customer service to overseeing all aspects of operating a small business. Having graduated from the University of Southern California, Jodi is an enthusiastic college football fan. In addition to watching football, she enjoys spending time with her adult children, working in her garden, listening to music or reading a book by the pool.
ROBERT MANN
Service Manager
Robert first started in the beverage industry with Liquid Ice in 2007 as a Field Service Technician. With prior supervisory experience, and 8 years of field experience, he joined the office staff in 2015 as Service Coordinator. Now Service Manager, Robert brings his years of technical experience, and customer service to every facet of the administrative team. In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, and outdoor motorsports.
JEFF AZAR
Project Manager
Jeff has been with Liquid Ice since 2005 and has helped build and grow the company to where it is today. He oversees all operations for Major and Specialized Projects. His duties include management, estimating, project scheduling, invoicing and customer support. Jeff is a veteran of the niche dispensed beverage industry and has 18+ years of experience in all capacities of the trade including maintenance, service, installation and management. Jeff is an avid sports fan, especially football and the “6” time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots. He also enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, reading, cooking/grilling and ATV’S.
DANTE LAMUSTA
Warehouse and Inventory Manager
Dante has been employed as an Inventory Specialist at Liquid Ice since March of 2022. His responsibilities include keeping track of parts (in formats both physical and through company electronic filing systems), assisting technicians with replenishing Van Stock items, along with maintaining communication with team in efforts to help troubleshoot and keep facility organized. Before coming to Liquid Ice, Dante spent 10 years working in mental health and spent 6 years with experience as a supervisor in Customer Service/Sales. Dante attends to his loving family in Dudley and writes original music in his spare time.
GREGG CAPONE
Service Coordinator
Gregg has been with Liquid Ice since 2016 after having spent more than 20 years in the beverage industry doing everything from refurbishing equipment to field service to marketing, sales and management. At Liquid Ice, Greg is responsible for helping make sure that the ship runs smoothly and insuring that customers are happy by developing work orders from inception to completion, keeping the customer up-to-date, and hiring and training service staff. In his free time, Greg enjoys Fishing, Boating, Four-wheeling and Hockey.
JANEL TRACY
Billing Specialist
Janel Tracy joined the Liquid Ice Team in April 2024. Her responsibilities as Billing Specialist include invoicing, processing warranty and payments, and customer relations. Janel is a proud US Navy Veteran that holds true to the core values of honor, courage, and commitment in her daily life. Janel, her Veteran husband, and four children have traveled all over the world. She now resides in Marlborough, MA, where she enjoys spending time with her children, camping, fishing, and boating. Her ideal day is a good summer beach day or backyard BBQ.
TRACEY DENORSCIA
Purchasing Specialist
Tracey has fulfilled the roll of Purchasing Specialist since 2023. In this role, Tracey is responsible to create customer quotes, purchase parts, and maintain close follow-up with the customer, vendors, and Liquid Ice staff to ensure prompt and efficient service. Her background in the HVAC industry as a purchaser and scheduler has made her expertly qualified to fill this role. Tracey lives in Southborough, MA, with her sons and domestic partner. In her spare time, she enjoys shooting pool, watching TV, and sitting on the beach.
JUAN ALVARADO
Assistant Service Coordinator
June Alvarado joined the Liquid Ice Team in June of 2021. As Assistant Service Coordinator his day consists of receiving service requests, ensuring their timely completion, and providing customers with real-time updates. Juan previously served as dispatcher for a delivery service provider contracted by Amazon. Juan lives in a small Massachusetts town with his brothers and is currently pursuing a BA in Cyber Security which has led to computer coding as a hobby. Juan is also a big soccer fan (FC Barcelona), and PC gamer.
ASHLEY MANN
Administrative Assistance
Ashley has become the Administrative Assistant Extraordinaire. She assists all administrative roles including invoicing, purchasing, online sales, inventory management, and every other office task. Before coming to Liquid Ice, Ashley worked as a chef. Although she loved creating meals for her customers, she felt that it was time for a change. She lives in Worcester County with her husband, and their twin daughters. In her free time, Ashley enjoys family time and making memories that will last a lifetime.
KEVIN EPPS
Warehouse Assistant
As Warehouse Assistant, Kevin wears many hats. He assists with the daunting task of maintain accurate inventories, parts tracking and orders, facility maintenance, and deliveries. Before he joined the Liquid Ice team, he lived and worked in Florida. A job transfer brought him to Massachusetts, where he lives with his brother and nephew. His hobbies are playing basketball and video games, watching anime, and reading books.
